About Grandview Heights OH
Grandview Heights is located just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Columbus and The Ohio State University (approximately 3 miles). Grandview Heights was originally a part of one of Columbus’ first suburbs, Marble Cliff. In 1906, Grandview Heights was recognized as its own village and in 1931 Grandview Heights officially became a city all its own. It is currently home to one of Central Ohio’s smallest school districts in regards to student population which is quite surprising being that it is so close to Ohio’s capital city.
